Disappointingly Odd

This is a pretty dress but has a major flaw! The top is extremely tight and flattens you. I felt like the top portion was made for an underdeveloped girl! I am far from big busted and it was tight and flattened me. Definitely a defect/flaw! So disappointing because the rest of the dress was cut nicely, flowing comfortably with a pretty fabric and print.
