Damaged in shipment. The box was fine but macys didn’t pack it tightly so it busted in shipment and Macy is giving me the runaround on refunding me or reshipping.

Item arrived damaged. They offered to reship free and the replacement order got canceled due to being out of stock and then I called to get them to ship another that was the same price and the representative won’t. He is trying to charge me when I never got the original order.

I order Versace 2-Pc. Pour Homme Eau De Toilette Fragrance Set it came broken. They need to do better on packaging. It was in a big box fragrance was on the side nothing to protect it from breaking and on the side was just paper. No support at all.
