Very very disappointed

This mens cologne I got for my son for Xmas was suppose to come with a free gift! Apparently they ran out, was given a percentage to use on something else, which did not work on anything I wanted!!!! I feel they shud have substituted another free gift!!! I am a long time shopper of Macys, and bought all Xmas there! Not hapi with Macys!!!!
