Online Order Missing Product

Placed online order with curbside delivery to save time (my favorite!). Unfortunately when I got home, the small travel size product was missing from the box, and I had to return to the store to exchange it for another box. I was disappointed that I had to make another trip (20 min one way) on an already busy day, and Macy's sales person didn't offer me anything for my inconvenience.
