Faulty watch

The watch is not working properly, it’s running slow. And we are not able to figure out whom to reach and how to get it fixed. It’s totally frustrating getting a faulty piece after sending so much money on it.

Defective piece doesn't work, too much disappoint

I just git this watch with big brand name. I am so much disappointed because its faulty and doesn't work. Its hour hand and second hand doesn't work. I received day before yesterday and returning to Macy's today.
