Gorgeous but…

Gorgeous jacket, fell in love immediately with it. Many compliments every time I wear it. I saw it at a Macys that is closing and they wouldn’t honor the sale price from the app. No problem, I just ordered it. But I ended up having to take it in for alterations. The way the top snap was sewn make it look like the jacket was pulling even though it wasn’t. The edge of the hem in front wasn’t sewn correctly so it needed to be ripped out and resewn. I didn’t return it because the price had gone back up and Macys wouldn’t let me return it honoring the sale price I had purchased it for. Cheaper just to get the alterations.

poor color description

Ordered the ‘Winter White’ coat for a specific occasion that required white. Instead the coat was off-white or cream.

Not as pictured

The buttons are not strong enough to keep the coat closed, with the hood on ones head. Which makes the coat feel cheap. The coat is too straigh in the back and lacks shape / "waist definition".
