Quality is okay. Received Birthday coupons, none of them is working and unable to apply to any kind of item. Shame on you Macy's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice trenchcoat

I bought the red coat. The color is so vibrant and beautiful. I bought size xxs. I am 5'4" 100 lbs for reference. It fits me perfectly.

I had to return as the size was not right

Buyers: be aware of the tricks of Macy's return: I returned this item and the sizing info. is completely off. Macy's return service is too bad. When they received the return, they immediately marked my order as refunded. However, I did not receive any refund. I called the return service, they first stress that they refunded me. I told them that I did not and can prove with my card statement. Then they said they the refund would be issued 14 days later. I lost one of my previous refund due to this so called "return policy" as I forgot to call them again after 14 days that they did nothing to refund my card. As I forgot to call back or dispute and passed the time frame, I lost my money. Who would remember to call again and again?

Stylish but hood desired

This is a beautifully constructed trench coat with great style. The fabric is nice - lapels lay flat and coat neatly pressed. There is a back pleat which allows for coverage and roomy movement. Wish there was an attachable hood for when it actually rains, as you will still need an umbrella (thus minus a star). The XL was too large for me at 5’9” and 185 lbs., so might reorder a L.
