Design changed?

Ordered because I wanted to take advantage of the "Rear sleeve slides over upright handles for hands-free carrying"; well, I got my bag today from Macy's, and it does not have it. I looked closely at the photo on the website, and there clearly is a zipper on the bottom (that presumably allows the item to zip into a packable pouch) and that is not on the item I received either. This is the same bag that is the stores (mine was sent to me from a local Macy's). Unfortunately, it, looks as if the manufacturer has changed the design and removed features which no longer make this bag desirable.

Greatv packable travel bag

I like to use this bag to store my extra souvenirs. Easy to pack so on the trip back home it makes a nice carry-on bag. It is much better quality than other packable bags I've used before.
