I ordered an extra large. When it arrived it must have been a XXXL or at least a XXL. The sleeves were down to my knuckles and the length was way below my waist. It was marked XL on the tag. I don't know if it was missed marked or not.
Why can't Macy's exchange my purchase ?
Nice jacket, I bought the smaller size and it is still too big. I bought it on sale, I wanted to exchange it, but they want me to return it and then rebuy it. Not good.

Sizing runs large
Quality seems good, but I normally wear between L and XL. I ordered a large and it's huge.

Poor Zipper Quality
This was the second jacket purchased from this company. Returned the first due to issue with the zipper. Ordered another style and still have the same problem. They are using poor quality zippers.
Beautiful coat
Bought for my husband when item was on sale. Very nice coat, leather was much nicer than I expected at thar price point.
Nice coat, sizes run very large
I am 5'11" tall and typically wear a size 38-40 coat, so I ordered a medium. The coat could wrap halfway around me and the sleeves covered my hands. I exchanged it for a small, which fits perfectly. The coat has a chemical smell that I hope will go away. The leather feels very nice.
Not true to size
Very disappointed with this item. Size runs very large, and the jacket weight was very heavy. I’m returning this
