Poor and uncaring customer service

Poor customer service. Only part of the order arrived the rest is lost in transit. Macy does keep sending me an offer for a free return of the free part of my order i never received. The free gift that was supposed to be included which is why i bought from them. This was a christmas gift and now I would have been better of getting it from another seller. Dont trust them to care about your delivery if you need it by a certain time.

Smells great

I love the rich floral scent it give a note of jasmine , rose and patchouli very delicate fragrance. It’s can be worn as an everyday scent all year round . It’s also long lasting.
