Macy’s online purchase

We purchased this product and was advised of a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days. It took nearly 2 weeks, not including weekend days, for the items to be delivered. The dinner ware sets we purchased our fantastic! Some of the better dinner ware we’ve ever purchased. However, I will be very reluctant to purchase items through Macy’s online, as they are not very honest, or transparent, of delivery expectations as stated in their disclaimer. Old man Macy would be ashamed if this service.

Happy with our purchase

So I’ll start with saying these are not “white” more like an ivory white and for me that is what I wanted (why the 4 star and not 5 because they do represent in the store as more stark white, could be that the displays are old and the process has changed?). I love the size of the bowls they are perfect for use intended. The lip on the plates hold the sauces on the plate. I have received great compliments from our guest. But mostly after having CK stoneware dishing for 35 years it was time to switch to porcelain. If i’m lucky these will last just as long.

Quality Dinnerware

Beautiful plate set! I currently own the new wave set and liked the style of the artesano appearance so I decided to give it a try for a different look. I absolutely love Villeroy and Boch products as they produce quality pieces to match your style in addition to durable material that is made to last the test of time!
