This mug is advertised as 10 ounce mug. It overflowed with 10 ounces so I asked for replacement. I thought they sent wrong mug. No way you can put 10 ounces of hot beverage in this mug and safely drink from it. They sent me a replacement. It’s the same mug. Not 10 ounces. I love the design but disappointed it doesn’t hold 10. One hour after my purchase it went on sale so I placed another order for one more mug. I hadn’t received the first order and didn’t know it didn’t hold 10 ounces as advertised. I asked for replacement again telling them this mug does not hold 10 ounces. They said they would replace that one as well. They advised not to return the wrong mug because of their error. I’m 85 years old and disabled. I can’t return things. I order on line. Now I find out that is the mug advertised as 10 ounce mug. This mug only holds 8 ounces at most for safety.

I have had this dish set for almost 17 years I add peace’s from time to time but these last are amazing they are my daily dishes no chips we broke one because it fell on the floor they are amazing
