When we decided to replace our first set of Villeroy & Boch dishes we were excited when we saw this set. As we’ve come to expect, they are such a great quality and classic look. Such a beautiful design. Can’t recommend them enough.

It was time to replace our 30 yr old every day dish set. I had seen this set at a restaurant and thought it was eye catching and classy. Thrilled Macys had it on sale so ordered it immediately. The dishes are surprisingly thick, solid, & sturdy. We love them! We have started adding the matching serving pieces as well. They all clean in the dishwasher beautifully. The only negative comment is this pattern’s pasta bowls (ordered separately) have oversized edges that take up too much cabinet space. So we’ll opt to use something else.

Villeroy and Boch is very expensive, so when this dinner set went on sale I purchased immediately. Everywhere you go, tables are set with round dinner plates and bowls. I knew these would be a conversation piece, and I was very right. There isn't one guest who hasn't commented saying it was a nice change to see such different dinnerware for once. These are gorgeous. They are like art pieces on the table. You can set them up like a square or with the pointy edge facing the person. Definitely a conversation starter.

I adore our Villeroy & Boch New Wave dinnerware. The style is definitely new wave. So stylish. So elegant, I really like that the set was only plates and bowls. We have plenty mugs so this set was perfect for us. I’d been wanting this set since I first saw them. They’re so pretty, fine and stylish, making even eating a bowl of oatmeal seem like fine dining.
