Used once. Gets 0 stars.

Purchased this is September to use for the Holidays. Used it for the first time on Thanksgiving for ice water. There are now visible cracks around the top of the handle...after one use. Did not put in the dishwasher either. And it's too late to return. I don't dare use it again. I am not happy!

Delivery date issue

Macy's delivery date when ordered was 11.25.2025 On that date delivery changed to 12.1.2025 As this was a gift for Thanksgiving I am now faced with getting delivery and doing a return.
