I was worried about this after I read the other person's review. However, I quite like this, except for it needs pressing (which of course linen does). It's thin, but I placed it on two tables - one white and one brown that I have side-by-side, and you could not see through it enough to discern the two different colors. It is thin, as linen is, but it is a high quality linen. I did not wash it, as I must return it due to fit, but I most likely would have sent it to the cleaners to avoid having to press it.

This tablecloth was a disappointment. It will s completely see-through. I ended up returning it.

Lovely linen tablecloth for every day and special events. Light weight, machine washable and fluff dry for a more casual setting. I selected the charcoal grey and love it!

Understated and Classy, gorgeous quality, slightly-sheer 100% linen. Most savvy people know that you really need to dryclean 100%linen for it to look its best for years to come. If you're looking for just one special tablecloth for any occasion - or none at all - this is it ! The Ivory color is just perfect; not yellow-y like the photo shows, it's very neutral and will go with everything. Love the 96" size; perfect for a 72" table.

I loved this tablecloth when we first opened it, the material and design is very pretty. However, after one wash, the linen looked terrible and very wrinkled. We also tried sending it to the dry cleaner but it still didn't look nearly as nice as when we first opened it. We don't have an iron but maybe this would work better for someone who has an iron and wants to spend the time ironing this.

I was extremely disappointed in this tablecloth. After washing it with cold water it needed ironing which was fine except it needed extensive ironing. After ironing, which included having to spray it to just get it smooth, it looked terrible on the table because it was still looked wrinkled. I returned it because I could not use it and I had tried to even re-iron but nothing worked.
