Oh, no!

First time, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size cups. Took them back to the Chicago store, where I got excellent help in returning them and ordering the right size in their place. The huge box arrived on time. But when I opened it I found that three of the six cups were loosely wrapped on top and had chips in them! Oh, no! Now I have to go back and try again...
