My family loves these bowls! I just ordered more so that we don’t have to hand wash them in-between dishwasher cycles. Guests often ponder the oval shape! The New Cottage collection is understated elegance.

Very nice oval shape bowls!

Purchased the bowls to go with The New Cottage dishes/set. So glad I did, goes very well with the rest of the set. Porcelain Oval Rice Bowl

Over the holidays I bought sets of the New Cottage dinnerware. I am very happy with the 'creamy' feel of the plates and dishes. They are light weight and substantial at the same time. The oval shape of the rice bowl is fun and comfortable to hold. It doesn't stack well in the dishwasher but will probably fare better over the years being set individually in the racks.
