Villeroy and Boch is the best. I have many of the New Moon pieces and this bowl can be used for everything. It is my family's favorite for general usage. Unfortunately the packing of the 2 bowls I ordered was done very shoddy. The 2 were wrapped together with a piece of tar and a black hair stuck to it. Thank goodness it was for me and not a gift. Usually my pieces are sent in a box from the manufacturer. Thank goodness they arrived unscathed. But that is because of the great quality of the product.

The New Moon pasta bowls are a versatile way to plate your food. I use them in place of dinner plates to give my meals an elevated presentation. They are well made, beautiful, and dishwasher/microwave safe. I just wish they were pure white instead of creamy white.

The New Moon bread plates are clean, simple, and beautiful. I love the fact they are dishwasher and microwave safe, as my other china was not. This collection will definitely elevate your dining experience. I just wish they were a pure white instead of creamy white color.

The received items are completely different from the web pictures and description. It looks like someone swapped the whole cutlery set, especially since the packaging tape was cut. Please investigate.
