Poor packing broke my bowl

I ordered two bowls and I have no complain with the product. But the shipping box was ridiculous. It was barely taped together and there was virtually no packing material in the box. Needless to say, one of the bowls was broken when the package was delivered. Frankly, it is a miracle that the other bowl didn't break. I think that is a testament to the quality of the china. I have ordered another bowl but this time, I will go to the store and pick it up. I don't trust that the replacement bowl will be packed properly.

Love these bowls!

We love these bowls - this order was actually for additional bowls as we use them for lots of different things - not just for rice. The kids use them for ice cream, fruit salad and snacks too. Plus, I just love the look of them!!
