The Best

This is the highest quality carry cup I've ever come across. It's porcelain, which means it preserves the flavor best, is easiest to clean, and it is the most beautiful to look at. Villeroy & Boch are usually top quality, and this double walled mug does keep the tea hot. As to some reviews complaining the top is difficult to get on and off - it's tight which is what keeps the drink hot, keeps the tea from spilling and avoids the lid falling off and breaking - this is porcelain, after all, it can't be a twist on. It's as easy as any container with a stopper type lid. My only complaint is it should have been marketed as to go, instead of coffee to go, for those of us who drink tea...

Beautiful to look at and makes me smile when used

Highly recommended as a Christmas take away cup. It's January now and I don't want to put it away. Looks gorgeous when sitting at my desk. I doubt I will use it for commuting because I'm not sure if it's leak proof but I will take it with me to my local coffee house as 'my own cup' and will sit on the table whilst I read and socialise.

Toys Delight Mug

This is a beautiful mug, but because there is no sleeve it is simply too hot to hold and thus take on a journey. I'm sorry to be blunt as I love your products and have many, but this is a fundamental design flaw and it was a gift to my wife which she doesn't use at all simply because its too hot to hold. JB.
