Love the dress

I wore this dress for my birthday party with my hair up. It was beautiful and I definitely felt like the bell of the ball.

I love this dress!

I always wear all black... every single day... and it's super difficult for me to enjoy wearing colors, but I didn't feel quite right wearing black to my cousin's fancy baby shower. Babies make me feel all sweet and pastel colors just feel right. ...Anyway, I took a chance on this dress and I loved how light and dare I say fairy-like it felt to wear it. See how the model in the photo is wearing her hair up? Yeah... I should have, too! Because the one and only drawback to this beautiful dress is that the neck applique (sewn in shiny stones and metal shapes) pull your hair if you wear your hair down! Eeek! Also, I wasn't expecting the dress to be so heavily lined... which was good in that it won't show panty or bra lines and will actually keep you warm if your event is over-airconditioned! I loved the sheer cape/sleeves and received lots of compliments!
