Less than a year and zipper does not work

It’s not been a year yet and the zipper won’t work. I got this coat January of this year so did not get enough of a wear from it before the end of winter buyer pulled it out this week and it work zip close. Can this still be turned it?

Great Coat

Whoever said this coat is heavy clearly can't tell weight. it's not heavy at all. It is long but that's because I'm 5'3. I got an XL and it fits fine with space. It does keep me warm but I'm only giving it a four star because I was hoping it had packets on the inside. it doesn't. And I just received it so I'm not sure how it handles below freezing temperatures here in NY yet.

Fit Great; Wrong Color and DAMAGED!

Yup, the red shown in the image is completely wrong, and it came with a lovely dime sized HOLE right on the front so all the down feathers were coming out. Too bad this actually fit great; I would've kept it. Great job with quality control, Macy's.

So Warm!!

This coat is so incredibly warm! I call it my sleeping bag! It is not the most flattering coat, but when its 20 degrees out, I don't much care how I look. It has an odd flare at the bottom that allows a bit of cold air up the coat, however that was only on the coldest days. It is weighted well when you wear it. It doesn't pull backward if it is not zipped and the hood does not engulf your face. You can flip the fur back to be able to see without problem. I wear this thing everyday!

Best jacket ever!

Finally i don't feel cold anymore. Great jacket, very warm

A bit disappointed

I thought I loved this coat until the stitching inside the lining of coat ripped. The coat is very warm. I love the burgundy color. Just a bit disappointed because of the brand and original cost, you don't expect poor quality. If the stitching tore and I wash the coat, that will tear the lining even more. Coat runs a bit small. The medium was a bit snugged so I ordered a size large and it feels more comfortable. I reordered this coat in hopes the other coat was just one isolated defect. Hopefully i won't have the same issue because I really like this coat.
