Not for narrow feet

I love the look. I normally wear a size 9. They were really big on me so I ordered another pair, 8.5 this time. Still didn't fit right, the straps are really loose. Definitely not made for a narrow foot. I'm really sad because I love them but I can't walk in them. My feet are swimming.
