MACYS SHIPPED ME USED SHOES!!!

This probably won't even get posted because it's so egregious. I received theses shoes in May and they were tje second pair I've bought because tje first pair fit well and was sufficient, not great but good enough. I bought them on sale and because my current pair still had a little more life in them I did not open the box right away. when I finally did open the box it was passed the 30 days and I realized that they sent me USED shoes!!! complete with scuff marks on the leather and filth on the bottom of the shoes. they weren't just worn one time they were used and Macy's would not make it right because it was past the 30 days! needless to say I'll never order from Macy's again!!!

Bad delivery

This was one of the worst experiences with ordering shoes. That's why I returned. I literally was sent a shoe with a hole in it and worn to death in the black pair. I couldn't even stomach keeping the brown ones even though they were good looking. The fit of the shoes was off so I said I'll have to maybe try somewhere else or later. Totally hurt I had to drive over an hour and some minutes to return them.
