Shopping Experience

Ordered a pair of jeans for my wife for Christmas. They arrived today, the day AFTER Christmas. “Chatted” with a “Style Expert” who told me Macy’s can’t control the shipment carriers. Why did MACY’S (not the carrier) represent delivery BY Christmas? Absolutely useless.
