Necklace is nice-packaging is careless

I ordered online & the quality and weight of the necklace was a pleasant surprise. I am very upset on how it was packaged and shipped. It was thrown into a lightweight poly envelope inside a clear ziplock baggie with no box or protective filler. As a result a few links are damaged.
