Might be great for tall women

Great design, nice fabric, good construction; however, the fit is off on this dress. The waist and skirt are snugly fitted, but the top is quite blousy. The model is considerably taller than my 5'4" and that made a big difference. On me, the front gaps considerably. I would wear it with a nice statement bra, except I can't lift my arms in this either, because there is no stretch. It's going back.
