IT'S VELVET

I purchased this for my daughter and was frustrated to find this is *much* longer than the 36 inches listed (it drags the floor on her 5'2 frame) and it is made of *velvet*. Nowhere in the description is velvet mentioned! I would never have ordered this! The skirt itself has a thick, exposed band of elastic inside the waistband, which is only sewn down at the seams - not the kind of quality or craftsmanship I'd expect. :/

Beautiful A-Line skirt!

This skirt is perfect for the holidays or really any formal event. The fabric is nice and the waistband doesn't pinch. The length was great for me (5' 3").
