Lovely velvet dress

I really love this wine colored velvet dress as far as appearance and it does seem to be well made. But on the other hand the cutout is much too deep and wide and the shoulder pads are much too large. I am a petite lady so perhaps on someone else these issues would be fine. Unfortunately I must return this dress. So my search continues for a sophisticated velvet dress.
