good value for price I paid

I am only 5'1", and this top is on the short side It is made of a good quality t-shirt material (all cotton?) although I was looking for something a little dressier. Considering the sale price, I kept it and will wear it a lot. Somehow, I have many, many white "tops", but never the right one. This one fills a niche.
