Poor quality

I ordered this dress twice. The first one had lipstick on it. Smelled like perfume and had snags and pulls all over it. Someone wore it drinking and dancing then returned it. I liked how it looked on so I returned it and ordered another one. The new one was so poorly made. It had snags and pulls on the neckline and the arm holes. This is a wear once and throw away kind of dress The second one went back. I gave up trying to make this dress work
