fabulous for travel

Non-wrinkle and easy slip on skirt. Although I am 5'1" and it is long down to the ground. I could roll the waist because it is a wide elastic band - so taller ones could pull the skirt down and shorter ones could pull the skirt higher up or roll the waist band.
