Pretty dress, not for me

I’m 5 2” and 140lbs. The dress was a little too long for me. There are buttons in the chest area which I couldn’t see from the picture, which I thought was odd. The color was beautiful but not for me. The medium fit me perfect, just a little frumpy in the chest area. I’m a 36 C.
