Blingy pencil skirt.

I bought this skirt to show my dog at Westminster in. It has a touch of bling while being classy. This skirt is generously cut at the waistline which I appreciated. It is not a pull on skirt, it has a side zipper. I’m 5 7 and it hit me exactly below my knee. It’s really shimmery and quite lovely. I’m wearing it with a form fitting zip up black blazer with a peplum.
