Very Feminine Blouse

Beautiful blouse sadly had to return twice

I bought this beautiful blouse, pretty print great style pretty sleeves and when I got home, discovered there was a big damage in the fabric so I took it back. They ordered me another one and when I got it, it came in a small plastic bag inside a plastic bag squashed into my mailbox. I was annoyed knew I’d have to get it pressed, but on opening up the blouse out of the bag I noticed the exact same damage in a different place in the fabric on the new blouse. I know it’s not Macy’s fault but where is the quality control? This is a Vince Camuto fairly pricey blouse. I am very disappointed.
