Great Heel with rubber sole , POOR COMFORT -STIFF!

So disappointed! This shoe has so much potential. The style is cute, the sole is great with a reinforced rubber bottom for comfort but the upper is stiff and hard and as soon as I tried on they cut into my feet like a hard plastic would. I have to return them.
