too big and no return

pants were too big regardless I followed the size chart. went to the store to exchange or return and couldn't as the item was "last act". to all Macy's on line customers: beware of buying last act items , they are no returnable which means that Macy's is passing the losses to all it's customers. in terms of the item, pants lace applique is cheap .
