Charge for order but no arrival of the order.

I have not received my order. There is no human available to help with tracking the order. Chat limits what I'm trying to communicate. My credit card is charged for the order, but no boots.

Vince Camuto wide calf boot

These boots were beautiful however it was tough to get them on. The have a small side zip not the traditional long zipper. Disappointed, I wish they were made differently.
