Strap will not stay on

Beautiful shoe but the strap is not functional at all. Would not stay on no matter how tight. Just a waste.

Hated having to return these

These shoes are gorgeous! Unfortunately they hurt my feet after wearing them in the house for a party. Also the strap kept slipping down. I tried different holes on the strap but it didn’t seem to help.
