Not happy!!!

This blouse is not at all as described. I would have rated it a 0 but that was not available. If I had known it was not able to be returned I would have never bought is especially because I bought it online before trying it on. There was no notification that it could not be returned when I bought it and now I will most likely never shop online with Macy's again. Be careful, this was totally misleading!!!
