I really wanted this skirt!

I was looking forward to receiving this skirt. I love the style & the fabric isn’t thick which is good for the summer, But, after trying on the skirt, I noticed the elastic in the waistband was twisted & out of shape. I noticed the elastic wasn’t stable in the waist. If I kept this overpriced skirt , I would waste so much time always fixing the elastic in the waistband, low quality. I’m so disappointed!
