Pretty sleeves but cheap feeling fabric

The sleeves on this Vince Camuto blouse are very pretty and a great length but the blouse fabric is cheap feeling and the torso needs to be a few inches longer as the size goes up. In reality it didn’t look like the model in the photo. I returned it.
