either too big or too small

I am 5'9" and slim. This dress is too short waisted in the Small and too wide in the Medium. Had to return.

Runs very small.

Beautiful fabric and great quality but runs very small. I ordered a medium and it was so tiny it looked more like an extra small. I ended up returning the dress.
