Gross experience should be 0 stars

I bought this online and when I received it, I could smell the perfume before even opening the bag. Upon opening the top stank of heavy perfume and had damage to the threads/sequins. I assume someone wore it with the tags, then returned it. Needless to say, I did not try it on. It went straight back in the bag and I was going to exchange it for a new one. But, since it was on clearance I can't return or exchange. Extremely disappointed. What a waste of money and terrible customer experience.
