Fancy Elegant Coat!

I ordered the gray one and I love it. The fabric, finishing and the fur is awesome! I highly recommend it for a classy look. I feel very comfortable and warm inside this cute piece. Also I am size 10-12 5’ 3”and got a large size and fits perfectly!

Coat is beautiful! The gray color is very nice. Only drawback is that it is a tad on the heavy side, otherwise great!

This coat is warm and comfortable, not to mention how good it looks. Glad I bought the coat

Third party seller

Be advised that this product is from a third party seller. Macys doesn’t mention this on their website/application when you are about to order. If you need to return Macys will not refund your money, the store will take your return and you will be left on their mercy to ship the product back to the seller so you can see your refund. I did all of the above except after I went to the store to return the item, the store never shipped the item back to the seller. A month later after I went to the store to return the coat no one knows what is happening and Customer Service is absolutely unwilling to help. The money is not refunded back on my credit card and according to Customer service there is nothing that can be done. I guess my next step is to call the credit card and dispute the charges as I have returned the item, Macys has it but is unwilling to rerun the money back to me. I have been a loyal Macys customer for flyers but will never ship Macys again.
