Not exactly as described. Runs large too.

I just returned this after ordering online. The description wasn't the same as the actual garment. It is not an eyelet. The material is crinkle and it has a pretty gold thread fleur Dr lis pattern dotting the entire top. The neckline is very stretchy and could be worn off the shoulder but the fit was quite large on me.
