Poor shipping and no resolution by customer servic

love the dress but am very angry and annoyed at how the shipping went. It was supposed to be delivered on 10/2 but left NY for Az on 9/29 and I called customer service and even though I’m a platinum member the most they would do for me is a $10. Gift card. Claimed it was the shippers mistake and wouldnt take any responsibility for the error. I needed to have the dress hemmed so there is no time to do that Very disappointed in Macys.
