Not goof quality

I recently purchased these pants and on the first wear, they ripped on the side seam. I believe it happened as I was getting into my car to go to work, there was no rip while I was getting ready, I didn’t notice the rip until I was at work. The pants were not tight on my thigh at all while wearing walking/ standing. Also are loose while sitting too. I will not be repurchasing or buying this brand again
