Expected more from Macy's

I'm a little disappointed in Macy's which was clearly an open-box item or previously returned because pieces were missing and a rip in the fabric. We just took it out of the box this week to put it together and this is what my fiancee found because he was trying to surprise me so that my home office was all set up by the time I came home he bought the missing parts to secure the chair properly and save me further disappointment! The table is great!
