Cute boots but suede looks damaged

The boots look like they have been worn on the suede part, not the bottoms. The suede looks like it has been scraped off in several places. Also, I’ve been a size 8 my whole adult life & the boots are too small. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Inaccurate sizing

Exceptionally small shoes. I wear the same size in every type of shoes. Right out of the box, they visually appeared small, so much that I looked at the size to make sure it was correct. Even sizing up 1 I don't think would solve the issue. Maybe try sizing up 2. They are beautiful shoes and appear well made, but buying them online is a mistake.
